Service Description

In partnership with an insurance recruitment partners, we will add value and confidence surrounding new placements going into, or taking a step up in the market, by way of an advanced 3 day support session for Placements. Typical Time Dedicated – 10 Hours in total First Discovery session will be 1 Hour – establishing the characters of the service users, their respective roles or roles they are interested in, and set out bespoke training programme to assist their development over the coming weeks, using techniques appropriate for their roles and level of knowledge and experience. Followed by 3x three hour sessions implementation of their bespoke training, carried out over 3 separate days. The idea of spending these dedicated 10 hours, is to ensure placements are able to feel more confident to hit the ground running, and to give them a platform, which enables them to get ahead of what it usually takes to get a new candidate up to speed, and starting to become really effective in their roles. This is an in person service only, and is carried out at the Service Users place of work.
